COMMUNITY PARTNERS

Hanna Boys Center - Opens its doors in December to host the Holiday Food Basket distribution. Truckloads of food are delivered to the auditorium where volunteers assemble over 500 huge boxes of food. Most Decembers, the Hanna students volunteer to assist in carrying the heavy food boxes.

Redwood Empire Food Bank - REFB is Sonoma County's major food source and it partners with FISH so that groceries, meat and produce can be accessed and purchased at reduced prices.

Sonoma Overnight Support - SOS is Sonoma Valley's resource for temporary housing.  FISH provides food to SOS for meal programs.

Sonoma Valley Community Health Center - The staff of the Sonoma Valley Community Health Center offers registration for the FISH Holiday Basket Project. Disposable diapers are provided by FISH for distribution in the SVCHC's "Mommy & Me" program that supports new mothers.

La Luz Center - offers registration for the FISH Holiday Basket Project and makes referrals to FISH for rent and utility assistance.  La Luz assists in the application for unemployment benefits and is the valley’s home for La CURA, a project that supports those who test positive for COVID.
