CERES Community Project - delivers nutritious meals for the acutely ill
- CERES delivers seven nutritious meals to the acutely ill on a weekly basis for up to 24 weeks
- Call CERES at 707-829-5833 x 201 to discuss starting services
- $90 weekly fee, but a sliding scale is also available
Food for Thought – medically tailored groceries for those with HIV/AIDS, COVID-19, cancer and other serious medical conditions.
- Delivery or Pick-up – groceries, vitamins, nutritional supplement, and nutrition counseling

Sonoma Home Meals - Meals on Wheels
- Provides home delivered to meals five days per week
- Call Sonoma Home Meals, Inc at 935-9141 on Monday - Friday 8:30 to noon
